Staddlestones has its own road access, ample parking and own garden, patio and garden furniture.
It sleeps up to four people; one bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and is three steps down on a lower level. There is a large living room with slate floors and an inglenook fireplace at one end and a table and chairs for more formal dining at the other, a Freeview TV set, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a small dining area and is fully fitted. There is also a washing machine, tumble drier and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a bath, wc and separate shower. Full oil fired central heating is available as a chargeable extra. The wood burner in the sitting room is usually for winter visitors only with previous experience with them.
The property is ideally situated to explore much of Devon and Cornwall. The North and South coasts, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, are all within easy reach. Stunning countryside, pretty villages and several golf courses are all close to hand.
Access to the A30 dual carriageway which joins the M5 at Exeter is easily accessible. Lewannick village just three quarters of a mile away has a Post Office/store, church, pub, surgery and repairs garage.
